It is a research artifact, not a clinical or regulatory reference, and not a basis for medical, prescribing, purchasing, or policy decisions. The data is a point-in-time snapshot (FDA January 2026; MHRA December 2025 FOI extract) and may already be out of date. Cross-country product matches are produced algorithmically and read the HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW confidence tiers as our internal scoring rather than regulatory or pharmacological equivalence as legal-status labels (RX, OTC, POM, P, GSL) do not map cleanly across jurisdictions.
